The way it works
Get started by filling out our brief trip inquiry form and we will take from there. we might contact you for further detailed requirements and / or preferences as we go through the process of crafting your itinerary.
If everything seems good, we will arrange for a video call with you to get more comprehensive details about your requirements and any special preferences that you may have, this will include any travel requirements or or sightseeing or any must-have activities that you prefer. we will also forward a client agreement for your signature.
Once your draft itinerary is ready, we will forward to you for your approval. you can still provide any input that you feel is required and make changes before it is finalised and signed off by you. we will then make the necessary reservations and bookings as needed. as your departure date gets closer, we will also be making the other reservations like dinner and sightseeing tickets as required.
A few days before your departure, we will give you a briefing on the trip and any last minute tips and other points for your trip. as you are enjoying your trip, you can always count on us to be available at any time for changes if you need to change any part of the trip or for general support.
